Well, Mmogchart.com is getting mentioned all over the Internet lately!  First my E3 report got a mention on Slashdot, and then my site finally got mentioned on Boing Boing.  John Borland of CNET News.com also recently interviewed me for his interesting article “Can Mickey and Frodo revive virtual worlds?”

This is a couple of weeks late, but as they did last year, Final Fantasy XI released a census of its online population.  Unfortunately, the data provided doesn’t directly offer any new subscriber figure, but it does confirm “over 500,000 registered users” owning 1,550,000 characters.  Last year they reported 500,000 subscribers with 1,200,000 characters.  If […]
