A few people have requested access to my data to assist in their own research, so I’ve provided a link to the Excel spreadsheet below. Sheet1 is the primary worksheet that provides the basis for Charts 1-3. Sheet2 is a secondary worksheet that uses a formula to derive a series of values from Sheet1 for the purpose of filling in all the data cells and providing totals for Charts 4-8. If you want to make a change in the data, you probably want to do it on Sheet1. If you want to make some new charts of your own based on that data, you probably want to use the values on Sheet2.
